including Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) in matters related to housing, health, education, employment, welfare benefits and debt management.

Immigration Advice

We are registered with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC); Registration number: N202331756 in Level 1 Immigration Asylum and Protection and EUSS Immigration

Food and Clothing Bank

located at the ground floor at YMCA building in West Bromwich. Through this provision we also continue to act as a warm and welcoming space offering hot drinks.

Acting as A Third-Party Reporting Centre for Hate Crime (TPRC)

victims of any form of abuse or exploitation are able to come and speak with us about their experiences and report the crime to us.

Wrap around care for Ukrainian nationals

(through Homes for Ukraine Scheme) both in Sandwell and Birmingham including ESOL classes and employability sessions, purchase of white goods, support in moving from host to Private rented Sector (PRS) accommodation.

Consultations, surveys and academic research

thanks to our partnership work with University of Birmingham we are able to offer internship for postgraduate students who help us in conducting various projects. We regularly take part in local and national consultations, share our recommendations and findings with a wide range of stakeholders.

Providing educational activities for all family

through the provision of our supplementary school, we offer teaching of Polish language including preparation for the Polish GSCE and A Level; ESOL classes for adults and delivery of a wide range of extra curriculum activities such as martial art and workshops. We are also a proud host for the meetings of our Polish Scouts and Brownies.

Therapy and counselling sessions in Polish and Ukrainian

we are one of the organisations both in Sandwell and Walsall which delivers Talking Therapy Plus service to our community in their first language.

Organising art and cultural events

every year we strive to put on various community events to bring everyone together. Examples include Christmas concerts, family picnics whilst we celebrate Polish Heritage Days, art workshops and exhibitions.

Early Help

due to the nature of our work we are classed as a key partner in safeguarding members of our community. We continue to work closely with both children and adult safeguarding boards; assist in relevant referral and support vulnerable families in accessing relevant help from statutory bodies.
