About us

European’s Welfare Association CIC (EWA CIC) is a community-led organisation providing holistic support to Central and Eastern European migrants in the West Midlands in the areas of education and culture, immigration support, and community outreach.

Our organisation was established in June 2013 following a merge of two organisations: Midlands polish Community Centre (MPCC) and Polish Artists in London (PAIL).

Our Work

  • Advocacy

    Advocacy including Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) in matters related to housing, health, education, employment, welfare benefits and debt management.
  • Food and Clothing Bank

    Food and Clothing Bank: located at the ground floor at YMCA building in West Bromwich. Through this provision we also continue to act as a warm and welcoming space offering hot drinks.
  • Immigration Advice

    We are registered with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC); Registration number: N202331756 in Level 1 Immigration Asylum and Protection and EUSS Immigration
